I use the ZR100 to take slo mo golfswing videos. Much easier to pack than a camcorder and provided you have enough light it does the job. There are 240 and 480 fps modes but the higher speed modes have much worse quality video. The 240 mode is the best balance imo.- Review by Goerge

I primarily shoot with higher and DSLR cameras. I purchased this camera because of its ability to shoot at 40fps. This camera can be used in a fully automatic mode, fully manual. You can adjust aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, speed shootings, etc. Auto focus is fast and accurate. The lens gives very sharp pictures with nice color and contrast. Like just about any P&S camera, good lighting is the key to success. The flash works well and it provides accurate light. Video quality appears to be very good. I have owned several P&S cameras. This one is loaded with features that give it an advantage over many other P&S cameras.
