How to Return
Our primary goal is to satisfy our customer.
If you would like to return the item, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received the item. Please use our "Contact Form" and select "Returns & Refund". Please include following information.
* Your name (or person who order the item)
* Order number
* Item name for return
* Reason for return

Please kindly check the item as soon as you receive it as we do not accept return after 30 days of your receipt.
We will contact you via email as soon as we receive your return request. Please ship your return item to the address for return by the deadline, which is provided in the email.
We do not accept return that is applicable one of the followings.
* Used item
* When seal is broken (if the item is in sealed box)
* Items that past return period
* Item tag is cut off for aparel items
* Aparels worn outside
* Items not allowed to return
* Items for special sales
* Back ordered item upon request
We will provide full-refund for initial failure item. We will pay for return shipping as well. Please return the item by COD. (Cash on Delivery)
Returned by Customer's Personal Reason
In case of return due to customer's personal reason, the return shipping fee shall be paid by customer. The refund includes the item price and sales tax; original shipping fee will not be included.
Request for exchange
If you wish to exchange the item to different size or color, please order the item you wish to purchase after returning the item. In case of initial failure, only if there is stock, it can be exchanged to a new one.
Refund Processing Time
The refund will be made within 7 business days after we receive returned items.
